How We Work

DBS uses a slightly modified version of the PDIOO (Plan, Design, Implement Operate, Optimize) project lifecycle.  We feel strongly that we are obligated to provide our clients with concrete results which yield a calculable ROI so we take care to Measure our efforts from the very beginning of each engagement with the MPDIOO model.

Measurement is a key differentiator in how we execute projects.  As each iteration of a project comes to a close, the quantitative results Measured in that iteration will be taken as input to Planning and Design of subsequent iterations.  In many cases this allows us to execute each iteration more quickly and gain better results than previous iterations.
